  Store is somewhat organized, dressing rooms are usually clean. However their customer service is pretty terrible when you start off with a question that then turns into a complaint. When I expressed that I was somewhat upset they referred me to give feedback online. Unfortunately I would have appreciated some attempt to resolve the issue instore, but they decided to pass the buck... due to this and the original question/issue I had I will not be returning to this location.. possibly any H&M now if that’s how they’re going to treat me as a customer.
