  I am responding in reference to the review below giving Jennifer 1 Star. I am a client of Jen’s and witnessed this woman coming in to the salon and creating a major scene. She was in the chair for her hair to be fixed and Jennifer was willing to fix it, however, there didn’t appear to be anything wrong at all. She proceeded to scream walking out of the door when Jennifer was trying to fix whatever issue she was having. This woman clearly wanted to create a disturbance. I have been going to Jennifer for years and get nothing but the best service. Some people are just negative.
