  I went in to O Chi today and two employees were working with customers so I sat down to wait. The employees never even acknowledged me. Eventually another customer arrives and they take her back for a table massage. Some guy comes out and tries to explain that she had already been there and had to run to her car. No problem, but when I try and see how much longer it will be I'm told 30-40 minutes. At that point of been sitting there 15 minutes. They need to let customer's know,when they come in how long it will be. And perhaps if anyone could speak/understand English they would have. It was like pulling teeth to get them to understand what I was saying. Walked out and won't be back.
