  Understaffed. They also told my wife who has the lifetime alignment that her car couldn't be aligned due to the Ball Joints. She took it to another SEARS they said it was fine and aligned it. I then had the same issue where they said my Ball Joints were to damaged on my 2014 RAM with 30k miles. I took it to the dealership since it was under warranty and they said the Ball Joints were fine and they could align it for me.
